Ballet You may have heard that Ballet is the base of everything.  This is true. We do not require our students to take Ballet but we highly encourage it to develop stronger technique, and thus a better dancer all around.

Tap is a fun percussion dance.  Think Fred Astaire, Gene Kelley, Gregory Hines and his protege, Savion Glover (Happy Feet :-).

Jazz is a fun style that incorporate Ballet technique to pop and classic Jazz music. Think Broadway, MTV 80's music videos, most fast paced musical numbers in TV and Movies. Listen to Star 94 and that's probably the style of music we'll be dancing to.

Hip Hop is an urban style of dance generally danced to Hip Hop music. Extremely popular and fun, this style is not technical, but instead is devised of "grooves" and organic street moves that combine into energetic and vibrant dances. Genuine Hip Hop would allow for much improvisation and dance battles for greatest expression. Hip Hop class will allow dancers to learn the moves, learn choreographies, and hopefully help develop their own flavor in the style.
